Pikenhot is a sauna and ice bath studio in Glanmire, County Cork. They needed more than a website — they needed a system. We built the public site, a slot-based booking flow for sauna and contrast sessions, a member portal where customers self-manage their memberships, and a full admin CRM tracking payments, staff, opening hours and reviews.

Pikenhot was selling sauna and ice bath sessions through messages and a shared calendar. Staff manually confirmed slots, chased payments and answered the same membership questions every day — and any session nobody manually filled simply went empty.
Treat a session as a start time, a duration, a capacity and a buffer rather than a salon-style appointment. Once the system understood that, it could sell every remaining seat automatically, including overnight and at weekends.
Public site, booking engine, Stripe billing, member portal and admin CRM built as one system rather than five plugins, so members, payments, rosters and opening hours all read from the same source of truth.
